Hi, I’m Siera, and here’s a little about me! I’m a wellness educator, transformation guide, and fellow traveler on the path of personal growth. My journey hasn’t been a straight line, but a beautifully complex path of learning, unlearning, and discovering my true self. I’ve experienced the exhausting cycle of trying to force life into a predetermined mold – juggling expectations, managing overwhelming responsibilities, and feeling perpetually drained. What I’ve learned is that growth isn’t about perfection, but about embracing vulnerability and being willing to redesign your life when something isn’t working.

I’ve lived through heartbreak, navigated significant life changes – from big city living to finding peace in the countryside – and learned that our most challenging moments often become our greatest teachers. My own journey of re-evaluating core values, having healthy boundaries, letting go of what no longer serves me, and creating intentional connections has taught me that it’s never too late to reimagine your life.

Now, I’m passionate about helping others navigate their own paths of personal growth. I believe in creating supportive spaces where individuals can explore their authentic selves, release limiting beliefs, and step into a more connected, purposeful way of living.

My approach is rooted in compassion, practicality, and the understanding that every person’s journey is unique.

Fueling My Day: I run on iced coffee, Mediterranean food, and cupcakes. It’s a balanced diet, right?

Adventure shift: After having kids, the thrill-seeker in me who loved roller coasters and ziplining has now turned into an explorer of exciting new coffee shops.

Color Palette: I’m all about pastels! Think salmon, blue/grey, and turquoise – basically, my life is a soft, cozy rainbow.

Screen Time Favorites: My go-to movies and TV shows include The Breakfast Club, The Internship, Sweet Magnolias, Virgin River, An Affair to Remember, and Sleepless in Seattle. I’m a sucker for romance!

Role Model: I look up to my mom. She’s the most supportive, strongest, and loving person I know. She’s my superhero without the cape.

Job Perks: The best part of my job? Meeting new people and creating beautiful connections and bonds.

Musical Tastes: My playlist is a mix of 60s, 80s, country, and R&B music. It’s like a time-traveling jukebox!

Weekend Vibes: On weekends, you’ll find me sleeping in, reading, binge-watching Netflix, and spending quality time with my family. It’s all about balance.
