About Me
Reflection is Healing
Hi, I’m Siera, and here’s a little about me!
I’m a wellness educator, transformation guide, and fellow traveler on the path of personal growth. My journey hasn’t been a straight line. It’s been shaped by real life — the kind that stretches you, humbles you, and ultimately transforms you. I’ve moved through teen pregnancy, heartbreak, solo parenting, medical challenges, and the quiet, layered grief that can accompany family planning and reproductive decisions. These chapters built my resilience; and shaped the way I show up in this work.
They allow me to sit with clients in the complexity of parenthood, identity, and transition with a depth of understanding that comes from lived experience, in addition to my clinical training. Many of the people I work with are carrying far more than anyone realizes. They come to me wanting to understand their decision-making, find moral clarity, or make sense of the patterns that keep pulling them back into the same cycles.
My clients are often navigating invisible battles: walking depression, the weight of expectations, the grief of what they hoped life would look like, the pain of leaving situations that no longer serve them, the exhaustion of constantly showing up for others, or the quiet ache of feeling disconnected from themselves. I work with individuals who are ready for change but unsure where to begin—people who want to feel grounded again and who crave a life that feels calmer, clearer, and more aligned with who they truly are.
My Mission
My mission is to help you understand yourself on a deeper level — not just your symptoms, but your story, your patterns, your pain, and your potential. I’m here to help you make sense of why you feel the way you do, reconnect with the parts of yourself you’ve had to silence, and heal the wounds that keep pulling you back into the same cycle. I believe you deserve a life that feels emotionally steady.
A life that is filled with internal happiness, clarity in who you are and choices made with intention. A life where you can breathe, rest, and experience joy without guilt. A life where you feel empowered to make choices that honor your wellbeing, your relationships, and your future. My mission is to walk alongside you as you reclaim your voice, your morals, and your sense of self — and to help you build a life that feels not just manageable, but meaningful.

Want to Know More?
What Drives Me
I’ve witnessed the devastation that mental health struggles can have on individuals and their families. I’ve seen the pain in people’s eyes when they feel hopeless and stuck. I don’t want that for anyone. That’s why I do this work.
What I Believe
Growth happens through discomfort and pain. Real change requires people to look at themselves honestly, face what’s difficult, and be willing to do the uncomfortable work. Discomfort leads to transformation!
Job Perks
Meeting new people and creating meaningful, lasting connections is one of the greatest parts of this work. It means a lot to know that a piece of our work together stays with someone long after they leave the room — that something I offered helped shift their life in a big or small way.
How I Recharge
I prioritize journaling, reading, and spending unhurried time traveling and being with the people I love. I’m energized by meaningful conversations, quiet moments, and anything that helps me reconnect with myself. My playlist ranges from 60s classics to 80s hits, country, and R&B—and my coffee is always iced. I try to keep laughter close, whether that’s through my terrible dance moves or a good comedy. Balance doesn’t just happen for me; it’s something I choose with intention every day.
