From heartbroken to heart-filled. Big city to country living. Preschool teacher to wellness educator. It’s never too late for growth…

When I sit back and reflect on my life I can’t help but notice the growth I’ve made. But that growth didn’t come easy. I found myself trying to manage life, work, friends and family, as well as love and relationships. I was emotionally and physically drained. I found myself chasing an image of what I thought my life was supposed to look like and I was determined for it to happen on my timeline. And it did, just not when I wanted it to. I’ve had to re-evaluate my core values a few times during different stages in life. It was uncomfortable but I learned a lot about who I was, what I wanted out of life, the type of friends I wanted to have, and the type of relationship I wanted to be in. Since then I made it my mission to live a more healthy, free, and connected life and to help others do the same.

Fueling My Day: I run on iced coffee, Mediterranean food, and cupcakes. It’s a balanced diet, right?

Adventure shift: After having kids, the thrill-seeker in me who loved roller coasters and ziplining has now turned into an explorer of exciting new coffee shops. ☕️

Color Palette: I’m all about pastels! Think salmon, blue/grey, and turquoise – basically, my life is a soft, cozy rainbow.

Screen Time Favorites: My go-to movies and TV shows include The Breakfast Club, The Internship, Sweet Magnolias, Virgin River, An Affair to Remember, and Sleepless in Seattle. I’m a sucker for romance!

Role Model: I look up to my mom. She’s the most supportive, strongest, and loving person I know. She’s my superhero without the cape.

Job Perks: The best part of my job? Meeting new people and creating beautiful connections and bonds.

Musical Tastes: My playlist is a mix of 60s, 80s, country, and R&B music. It’s like a time-traveling jukebox!

Weekend Vibes: On weekends, you’ll find me sleeping in, reading, binge-watching Netflix, and spending quality time with my family. It’s all about balance.
