Our trauma-informed therapy approach provides a safe, supportive environment where you can begin your journey toward recovery and stronger relationships.

Understanding Relationship Trauma and Complex Stress

Relationship trauma and complex stress can manifest in many ways:

  • Difficulty trusting others or maintaining healthy relationships
  • Feelings of abandonment or fear of rejection
  • Persistent anxiety or emotional numbness
  • Challenges with self-worth and personal boundaries
  • Recurring patterns in relationships that cause distress
  • Struggling to process emotions or express needs
  • Hypervigilance and difficulty feeling safe with others

If you recognize these patterns in your life, you’re not alone. These responses are natural adaptations to past experiences, and with support, you can develop new patterns of relating to yourself and others.
