Sometimes you just need that one unbiased person to talk to. Talking with a counselor can help you manage the emotional side of things so you can maintain your cool.

My therapy style
As a therapist, I draw on my own background, experiences and training to develop my personal style. Here’s what you can expect in a counselling session with me:
Attachment focused
Our childhood experiences influence the relationships we develop as adults and the attachment style we have (anxious, secure, avoidant, etc.)
Non-judgemental & open-minded
Our therapy sessions are a private, confidential spaces where you can talk freely and candidly without fear of repercussion
Hands on & collaborative
Expect talk therapy as well as written exercises, role play and acting out real/hypothetical situations
Online & in-person therapy sessions available
My counseling practice is based in Sycamore, IL and that’s where I see in-person women & couples.
